    Training Restrictions

    Training Restrictions

The following require special training before being able to use them:

    . Haki

    . Rokushiki

    . Sword style

Below are explanations of the different types of skills that require training and the requirements.

    Haki

Haki (覇気, Haki? literally meaning "Ambition") is a mysterious force that is found in every living being in the One Piece world. It is not that different from the normal senses. However, most people do not notice it or fail in awakening it. Broadly, there are two types of Haki common to everyone, given the proper training; however, there is a third type that only a certain group of "chosen ones" are said to possess

    Types of haki

    Kenbunshoku Haki
    Spoiler:
(見聞色, Kenbunshoku Haki? literally meaning "Color of Observation"), also known as Mantra (心綱 (マントラ), Mantora?, kanji means "Mind Rope") in Skypiea, is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. When using this type of Haki, one can predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". It appears that the more killer intent the enemy has, the easier they are to predict.
    Busōshoku Haki
    Spoiler:
(武装色, Busōshoku Haki? literally meaning "Color of Armaments") allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves.[2] Similar to Tekkai, this allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. Only significant physical force can overcome this defense; for example, Luffy striking Boa Marigold hard enough with Gear Second techniques to send her reeling. The invisible armor can take on many forms such as Luffy hardening his fist to the point where it changed color.

    Haōshoku Haki
    Spoiler:
(覇王色, Haōshoku Haki? literally meaning "Color of the Conquering King") is a rare form of Haki that cannot be attained through training and only one in a million people carry it. It was first demonstrated by Shanks, when he used it to scare off a Sea King. Later on, during a meeting with Whitebeard, he used it to knock out most of the crew and cause physical damage to the Moby Dick, which the few still standing attributed to his superior Haki.[2] Luffy first displayed the effects of this type of Haki against Duval's bull, Motobaro, much to everyone's confusion. He displayed it again on Amazon Lily while battling the Boa sisters, knocking out a large portion of the audience observing the match, despite all of them being accustomed to regular Haki usage

    Restrictions

. To learn haki you must have a bio capable of learning it. It must be a cannon bio seen using it, or a custom bio that explains where it gained the ability to use haki.

. Must be Rank 4 in the role play, for which you must have completed 10 normal missions and 3 special missions.

. You must be tested by a haki master, to show your understanding and that you are capable of controlling the power of haki.

Rokushiki (六式, Rokushiki?, literally meaning "Six Styles") are special, superhuman skills that are the base of an advanced hand-to-hand combat technique. In the Viz Manga, they are called the Six Powers. They each made their appearances in different Chapters and Episodes, but the technique made its debut when one of the moves appeared in Chapter 342 and Episode 242. It was first introduced being used by the CP9 agents.

The strength of a Rokushiki user is measured by Douriki, which Fukurou can use his "Te-awase" to calculate with. The higher the level, the stronger each technique's potency becomes. Most of the users have their own variation of each technique, to increase their versatility and originality. Also, certain users tend to be more specialized in one technique, such as Kaku on Rankyaku, Jyabura on Tekkai, and Fukurou on Soru.

The Rokushiki style are the main style of combat for the World Government secret CP9 agents, but some Marines have also demonstrated its usage. Coby used this ability against Monkey D. Luffy, and later Vice Admirals Momonga and Dalmatian used it to confront Luffy at Marineford. It is exactly unknown how much the Rokushiki technique is spread around the Marines. Outside weapons and Devil Fruits, the series is very obscure about which technique overall Marine combatants use.

    Techniques

    The Kami-e
    Spoiler:
(紙絵, Kami-e?, literally meaning "Paper Drawing") makes the users' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper. Nero's lack of mastery has resulted in mere acrobatics rather than being truly flexible as paper.

    The Geppou
    Spoiler:
(月歩, Geppō?, literally meaning "Moon Step") allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks. No CP9 member has yet shown any variations of the technique, with the exception of Lucci's Kamisori and Fukurou's one legged Geppou (which in theory, other Geppou users may have the capability to do).

    The Rankyaku
    Spoiler:
(嵐脚, Rankyaku?, literally meaning "Storm Leg") is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body. In the FUNimation dub, this technique keeps its original name, and in the Viz Manga, this is called Tempest Kick.

    The Shigan
    Spoiler:
(指銃, Shigan?, literally meaning "Finger Gun") is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary. A sharper point is added to this technique when Lucci, Jyabura and Dalmatian morph into their half-beast forms, enabling the use of their claws to fire the Shigan like an actual modern bullet, instead of simply jabbing their opponent.

    The Soru
    Spoiler:
(剃, Soru?, literally meaning "Shave") allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power, as being faster than the speed of lightning. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye. Luffy has also learned from this move and was able to use it in his fights against Blueno, Rob Lucci, and Mihawk, though Luffy's own version (via Gear Second) is swifter and more powerful. Zoro seems to also have this ability as he was able to dodge Bartholomew Kuma's Bullet, which travels at the speed of light. Coby was seen being able to use this move during his friendly fight with Luffy after the Enies Lobby arc.

    The Tekkai
    Spoiler:
(鉄塊, Tekkai?, literally meaning "Iron Mass") hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces such as Luffy's various Gears, Roronoa Zoro's Shishi Sonson, Sanji's Diable Jambe and Franky's Strong Hammer. When Tekkai is active, the user is unable to move, with the exception of Jyabura's Tekkai Kenpō. However, even for those who could not move, Tekkai could still be used offensively, if they set up momentum before activating Tekkai, using it to harden the strike with the preset momentum to strike. The strength of Tekkai can vary for users with different physical conditions, as a person with a higher level of muscular strength would be able to take stronger forces with his/her use of Tekkai. Furthermore, despite the increased physical density that one gains when activating this move, one should remember that the user's body is still flesh and blood. Thus, its resistance to other than solid attacks remain pretty much the same, making the user as vulnerable as ever to certain attacks. An example was during Sanji's fight with Jyabura where he used the burning force of friction to incinerate through the latter's Tekkai or when Franky used his actual iron fist to break through Fukurou's Tekkai.

    The Rokuougan
    Spoiler:
(六王銃, Rokuōgan?, literally meaning "Six King Gun") is the secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style. Rob Lucci states that only those who have absolute mastery of the other six skills can have access to this seventh skill. The user places both his/her fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating shock wave, which seems to have the same power as an Impact Dial or even a Reject Dial (depending on the amount of energy absorbed by the dial), and causing massive internal injuries.

The indevidual techniques will be found in the techniques list.
